To travel from Lakewood Ranch Medical Center at 8330 Lakewood Ranch Blvd, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202 to Caregivers United at 2075 Main St, Sarasota, FL 34237, follow these directions start by heading east toward Lakewood Ranch Blvd from the medical center. Turn right toward Lakewood Ranch Blvd, then proceed to turn right again at the first cross street onto Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Continue for about 0.2 miles and use the right two lanes to turn right onto University Pkwy. After about 1 mile, make a slight left to merge onto I-75 S toward Naples. Stay on I-75 S for approximately 2.6 miles and take exit 210 toward Sarasota/St Armands. Use any lane to turn right onto Fruitville Rd and continue for about 4.9 miles. Turn left onto Wallace Ave and proceed for about 0.1 mile. Finally, turn left again to reach your destination on Main St.
